Through this App, the user will be able to share in a culturally relevant and sensitive way, running knowledge, stories, heroes, training programs, upcoming running, events and fun runs, health tips and advice, stretching and exercise sessions, warm ups and warm downs, local training loops and information about training groups around the country.
